I went to the animal jail, and paid bond on an inmate. So this is Mabon. I don't know when she was born but she is full grown and does nothing but purr. Her previous slaves were mean to her and had her toes cut off so. So she is now in jail in a 2 bedroom apartment and not a small cell.

My two meows send their love and appreciation to you for taking care of one of their own.
Especially because adults are seldom adopted.
She's adorable.
And I love her name. I hope she lives a long, balanced life in her new home.
Wretched people to do that to a lovely animal. To a cat, a two-bedroom apartment and some TLC have got to be better than a cage. It is always a good thing to help a kitty in need. :-)
The pictures don't show it but she is a big cat. Not overweight but big and so far she is adjusting well to my sleeping pattern. She is learning well too, Mabon can go anywhere but the kitchen counters. I have caught her up there 3 times and spraying the compressed air can at the fridge seems to work.
Oh, how wonderful for Mabon :o) and you :o) Looks like she is right at home already. That's fantastic.
